Return & Refund Policy

At Ocala’s Supermarket, we are committed to providing high-quality Caribbean groceries and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns
Non-perishable grocery items may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.

To qualify for a return, items must:
• Be unopened and unused
• Be in their original packaging
• Include the original sales receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and food quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged except in cases of manufacturer defects or quality concerns:

• Fresh fruits and vegetables
• Fresh meat, poultry, seafood, & deli products
• Frozen foods
• Dairy products
• Prepared foods and baked goods
• Baby formula and infant food
• Opened food products
• Clearance or final-sale merchandise

Damaged, Defective, or Expired Products
If you discover that a product is damaged, defective, expired, or otherwise unsatisfactory due to quality concerns, please notify us within 48 hours of purchase.

Customers may receive:
• A replacement of the same item (subject to availability)
• Store credit
• A refund to the original payment method, as determined by management.
Management may request the product and receipt for verification.

Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued:
• To the original payment method when possible
• As store credit when a receipt is unavailable
• Within applicable processing times established by your payment provider

Special Orders
Special-order items, bulk purchases, and customized orders are non-refundable unless received damaged or defective.

Store Credit
Store credit issued for approved returns or exchanges is non-transferable and may be used toward future purchases.

Management Rights
Ocala's reserves the right to:
• Verify all returns and exchanges
• Limit or refuse returns that do not comply with this policy
• Refuse returns believed to be fraudulent or abusive
